Let’s Build Systems, Not Just Hustle — Newsletter Relaunch
It’s not about doing more — it’s about building systems that do the work for you.
Hey there,
It’s been a while… and if you’re still here, thank you for sticking around.
Here’s a little life update — I’m currently in law school, and honestly, it’s been hella hectic (if you know, you know). Between classes, assignments, and trying not to lose my mind, the newsletter took a backseat.
But the itch to write, share, and build this community? Never left. So, here’s me making it official — we’re back.
From this edition onwards, you’ll hear from me twice a month (at least). But it’s not just “how to wake up at 5 AM” or “top 10 productivity apps” anymore. The internet’s full of that, and most of it? Useless noise.
Instead, we’re focusing on building systems — for your work, your goals, and your life. Systems that scale with you as you grow.
Why Most Productivity Advice is Broken
Let’s be real — the productivity space is crowded, and yet most of us are still overwhelmed, busy, and stuck.
Why? Because most advice is built around doing more — more tasks, more hacks, more hustle.
Rarely does it talk about doing less, doing better. Rarely does it tell you that real productivity is boring — it’s systemized, repeatable, and sometimes feels mundane.
Here’s the truth I’ve learned the hard way (thanks, law school and side hustles):
✅ Hustling harder doesn’t scale.
✅ Relying on motivation is a losing game.
✅ What actually works is building systems that run even when you’re tired, distracted, or burned out.
So, What Do I Mean by Systems?
A system is anything that removes decision-making friction and replaces it with a repeatable process.
A Notion dashboard that tells you exactly what to work on next (no more to-do lists scattered everywhere)
A weekly review ritual that realigns you with your long-term goals
A morning routine that happens on autopilot — no motivation required
A content production pipeline that keeps your side hustle alive without eating your weekends
Systems = Leverage.
The kind that makes success feel less like grinding uphill every day and more like momentum building over time.
